One thing will be different this time, though: the way you will book your spaces. We Too! are always looking for ways to make our events as accessible as possible, ensuring families can make special memories with as few barriers as possible. To help with this, tickets will be allocated by ballot, giving everyone a fair and equal opportunity to join the fun.

How much are tickets?

Do carers go free?
β Everyone needs a ticket to ensure we can manage numbers and maintain a relaxed environment for all attendees.
This is a fundraising event for We Too! The funds will help cover the cost of the π free magazine, Sensory packs and visual guides
How do I book a space?
The Ballot link will be released on our social media platforms on Tuesday 23 September at noon and you have a whole week to complete your entry.
You can book your space in three ways:

π’ In-person: Visit Ninja HQ at the Trinity Centre, and the Ninjas will add your details to the ballot.
π Over the phone: Call 01224 539393, and the Ninjas will take your entry over the phone.

Is there a limit to how many tickets I can request in the ballot?
Yes, we ask that each household only makes one submission in the ballot with a maximum request up to 6 tickets per party. Please do not buy tickets for other people, this will be verified at point of purchase.
When will the ballot open?
π Opening Date: 23rd September
π Closing Date: 29th September
π Draw Date: Names will be drawn electronically at noon on 30th September.
How will I know if Iβve been successful or unsuccessful?
If your entry is successful, you will receive a π phone call from the Ninjas, don’t worry if you miss the call, just call us back. If we donβt get hold of you on the phone, we will also try emailing. Youβll be issued with a booking code to claim and pay for your tickets.
If you were unsuccessful, you will also receive a call to confirm, we wonβt leave you hanging!
What if I no longer require the spaces?
If you no longer need your tickets, please let us know by either:

How long do I have to pay for my spaces?
π³ Payment Deadline: You have until 6th October to pay for your tickets, or they will be re-drawn.
Why has the ticket purchasing process changed?
We are changing the process to make sure the event is as fair and inclusive as possible. We understand that some people may have difficulty accessing tickets due to reasons such as digital exclusion or shift work. This new system gives everyone an equal chance to attend Twilight Night. π«
