We Too! is growing, and for the first time we’re recruiting a dedicated Grants & Fundraising Ninja to help power the next stage of our work across Aberdeen City and Shire.
This is a vital new role within the We Too! team. The income secured through this position will directly support and grow:
- Relaxed Sessions
- Ninja HQ, our parent and carer hub
- Large-scale accessible event partnerships
- New and emerging inclusive programmes
About the role
The Grants & Fundraising Ninja will play a central role in strengthening We Too!’s income security and long-term sustainability.
Key responsibilities include:
- Researching and identifying suitable grant and trust funding opportunities
- Writing and submitting high-quality funding applications
- Supporting funder reporting and relationship management
- Working with colleagues to gather impact data and case studies
- Helping shape and develop We Too!’s fundraising pipeline
This is a brand-new position, offering the opportunity to build systems, embed good practice and make a clear, measurable difference to the charity’s future.
