We Too! is pleased to receive the Aberdeen City Health and Social Care Partnership’s Carers Strategy 2023–2025 Annual Report, which highlights the progress being made to support carers across Aberdeen City.
The report sets out key activity, outcomes and priorities linked to the city’s Carers Strategy, showcasing how local partners are working together to improve access to information, services and practical support for carers and their families.
We’re proud that the report also references the work We Too! has been carrying out to help improve access to help and information for families of children and young people with additional support needs.
This includes bringing the much-loved We Too! Magazine online, allowing a greater number of families and carers to access trusted, practical information in a flexible digital format.
The report also recognises the development of our upcoming ‘Ask a Ninja’ video series on YouTube. The series is designed to offer carers practical, peer-to-peer advice, based on lived experience, in short and accessible videos. The series will be launching soon.
